These muffins are packed with protein and has no added sugar or flour! They are healthy and delicious, so you may enjoy them as snacks in between the main meals or grab one as a post-workout treat.
My man usually grabs one of these when heading out the door on a busy morning. They are perfect to stop sugar cravings and satisfies him until breakfast.

Ingredients:
Makes 8 muffins
100g Banana or Banana Chocolate protein powder
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 banana
100ml skimmed milk
100g oats
20g cacao powder
1tsp stevia
1tsp baking powder
7 almonds (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine all of the ingredients except almonds.
- Pour batter into 8 cupcake cases or 8 individual tins. Optional: hide an almond in each of the muffins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
