Ingredients:
Makes 18 bars
3 full scoops Hazelnut (or Chocolate) protein powder
80g gluten free oat flour
2tbsp natural cacao
4tbsp skimmed milk
200g low fat cottage cheese
1 whole egg
5 egg whites
A bit of stevia sugar
A handful of chopped almonds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine oat flour, protein powder, cacao and stevia sugar. Whisk together until fully incorporated.
- Add one egg, egg whites, cottage cheese, skimmed milk. Mix the mixture well until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Fold in chopped almonds. Blend well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25minutes.
- Let the cake cool on a wire rack.
