Honey Nut Chocolate bites

These tiny brownish tempting to try chocolate bites represent perfect combination of crunchy nuts and seeds, sweet honey and of course delicious chocolate. I love making these small bites, because it takes only several minutes to combine all the ingredients, afterwards wait for around 20 minutes and… you are ready to serve them for your guests, eat yourself (well, that’s a good treatment for e.g. Monday Blues!) or give as a nice home made present for one of your friends.

My man loves these bites.. they are non sticky, not too sweet, crunchy, easy to grab and go! I will tell you my secret, anytime I want to make a quick delicious surprise for him I simply make these bites! The only problem, these bites last for only half a day at our place.. too delicious to last longer!

Talking about presents… I grab several of the bites and packed as a ‘sorry for being late’ present for my Estonian friend. It worked! Plan for the next time: store some more of the bites into my refrigerator and use the next time I am late, ha.
