Peanut Butter Banana Almond Protein bites

Dessert for peanut butter and banana lovers, who are looking for a healthy protein rich dessert idea.

Enjoy these bites with a glass of skimmed chocolate milk on a lazy Saturday or invite the one you love and have a romantic sweet, but guilt-free afternoon.

Ingredients:

Makes 10

70g Banana protein powder

30g peanut butter (I used crunchy one)

10g almonds

sesame seeds

Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add milk. The dough has to be firm. If not, add some more milk.
  2. Form the dough into the bites. Roll these in sesame seeds. Watch out: do not squeeze the bites too much while rolling.
  3. Place in the fridge until the bites get firm.
