Simple Protein Pancakes

There are many different ways to make Protein pancakes. I already shared with you the recipes of  my Cottage Cheese Protein pancakes (https://giliute.com/portfolio/cottage-cheese-protein-pancakes/), also of my dear Blueberry Protein pancakes (https://giliute.com/portfolio/banana-blueberry-protein-pancakes/).

Nevertheless, I keep on coming up with new ideas of how to make Protein pancakes, which actually became a tradition of our Saturday’s brunch. For the several months now It’s been a rule that on Saturdays I hold the hardest training session, whereas afterwards I come back home and we enjoy a huge plate of Protein pancakes.. Brilliant reward for a hard work at the gym! Perfect combination of carbohydrates and proteins, which we should all enjoy.

As I said, I keep on changing the recipe of protein pancakes… they all taste brilliant, but I always want to try something new, some new taste, new consistency, new ingredients, new smell or flavour and more..

So I decided to share with you a very basic recipe for Protein Pancakes, which you can make as written here, or add some extra ingredients, which would bring in new tastes into your Protein pancakes.

P.s. I prefer adding one chopped Questbar, some fresh blueberries or strawberries, coconut shred or dried fruits.
